[Q3] Is it possible to upload/download a folder at a time or process a multiple number of files at once?
[A3] There are the following two ways.
  1. Use DiskManager
nternetDisk ASP provides a dedicated client tool at no charge.
DiskManager allows processing of a multiple number of files or whole folders at once. Please download this client tool.
Similar to Web View, notification to a shared address (URL) can automatically be given by e-mail.
    > Downloads

DiskManager is available only in Windows version. Therefore, it cannot be used in other environments such as Macintosh. For more information about operating environments, please refer here.
Please note that DiskManager is provided on a non-support basis, Please be aware of this before using it.

To use DiskManager, it is necessary to install this program by downloading it from "Member Menu."

When using InternetDisk ASP from a browser, whole folders cannot be uploaded or downloaded.

  2. Compress a folder in advance so as to process it as a single file.
By compressing folders and files using compression software you have already installed in your environment, a multiple number of files and whole folders can be processed as a single file.
To process a multiple number of files in Macintosh environment, we recommend compressing them while giving consideration to resource fork, a Mac specific file structure, and then using the files from Web View.

[Q4] Are the ID and password input when signing in and file contents to be uploaded or downloaded protected on the Internet?
[A4] If you turn on the "Encode by SSL" checkbox when you sign in, communication is implemented with your input data encoded by SSL until you sign out.
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a protocol for sending and receiving information encoded on the Internet.
With SSL you can achieve secure communication with data encoded.
When SSL is used, communication slows down slightly.
